Cameron pushes energy efficiency as motor of green growth

The UK must prioritise growth in “green industries” such as energy efficiency and renewable energy, David Cameron said on Monday.

‘The economies in Europe that will prosper are those that are the greenest and the most energy-efficient’ says prime minister.

EU makes progress on renewables but UK still lagging

The winner of the CIBSE Ken Dale Travel Bursary for 2011 is Anderson Barcellos, who won the award for his proposal ‘Building for the Future; How China and Japan are implementing energy efficiency into their building industry’.
